I was able to talk with our Content Specialist and he is available this week for a training session any time from 10 am to 4 pm any day week. There are a few other parishes he is waiting to hear back from so it might be a first-come, first-serve basis if there are a few parishes trying to get a training session on the same day at the same time.

I really need your help with the following. I just tried updating a page, when I go to select heading 4, it changes the font from Georgia to Lato. So I tried to change the font back to Georgia and it does not display correctly.

Our original default font is Georgia 12. Then, we asked to update it from 12 to 14. Not sure how everything got changed to Lato 18. That is, the drop down lists for a heading format is Lato.

I also noticed, while perusing, our other pages that it changed all our text in heading format from Georgia to Lato as well.

Can you please fix this as soon as possible? We have staff going in to update their pages soon.

Also, can you go over with us on how to use the Gutenberg image slider pro. We purchased this so we can control the timing, etc. Where can we find this on the dashboard?

Are you sure about the training not be included in the original proposal dated 3/3/21? We had “training at $70/hr” with 2 hours in the contract for $140.

Yes, you are right. Usually, 'Training' is at the bottom of the proposal, and I missed it. Yes, you do have another training left. 

Normally we do one training over Gutenburg and one over the other parts that I sent you, so what would specifics of Gutenburg do you want to be covered in your second training?

Lastly, what days are you free this week for the training?

Arthur - we were not able to go over the image slider pro. The image slider pro was to allow us to control the slider time and duration, etc. We did not see the plug in on the tab; thus did not go over it.
Also, the new calendar when enabled defaults to the right side bar. We would like to be able to add the code anywhere on the page. In the old wordpress, we took, for example, the code
[calendar id="8424"] and added it anywhere we want. With the new calendar format, It would just display differently.
