When we approved the design on Monday, our understanding was that the coder was ready to start on our project right away; you mentioned that he was just finishing up another project and would be ready for ours.

Thank you for the reassurances that our “project will not fall by the wayside”.
When we spoke with Veronica in early March, the timing was given as about a week once the coder/developer got the final from Danae. Is that no longer the case? We were led to believe that Kyle would have our project as a priority and get it to us quicker than what I am inferring from your email.
Yes, we want this sooner rather than later, but we want it done right. The sooner we can test, the better.
As soon as you have an ETA for when we’ll be able to test the work, could you please let us know?
