I am sorry that the meeting did not go as you expected last week. Prior to Veronica leaving we did go through each of the open projects one at a time but obviously, the drawing in question was not brought over. Arthur is fully aware of not only your project, but each of the projects that we have open. In addition to the Basecamp correspondence, Arthur does have access to the earlier one-on-one emails sent directly between Violet and Veronica too. As far as billing goes, no we will not bill you for the changes Danae needed to perform on Thursday to bring her design into alignment with what you had created earlier.

I don’t see a problem with having the changes that were outlined earlier being completed in the time that you are asking for. One of my developers already created a secondary instance of your website to use for testing (this was asked for in the proposal).
