Good morning,

Please understand that we are quite disappointed by the product shown to us this morning. We were under the impression that the movement from one project manager to another would be seamless and that all information discussed between Veronica and Violet (as well as the meeting that Danae, Veronica, Kyle, Violet, Donna and I were in) would all be given to the new project manager. At the time of our meeting with Veronica, et.al. (which was on March 4th), we were told that the project would move ahead as soon as possible.


1. We expect not to be charged for any development work done to date
2. We expect all information that is necessary is gleaned from Violet and that Danae understands clearly what we expect. Further, the new project manager, Arthur, will understand exactly what we, as the client, want.
* All fonts, colors, etc should be agreed upon
* The mock up of the revised should be reviewed and ANY QUESTIONS asked which may arise. Violet is your best resource for all these questions.
3. THEN, the clock can start ticking for this re-design.
4. Five weeks (if not sooner) from the start of the clock ticking (which we request be sooner rather than later), we expect to have a website that is to our expectations.

I understand that Arthur is new as the project manager. We need to be sure that he is on board with all that we need.

From our side, we need:

1. Arthur’s contact information – email and phone
2. Violet and Danae communicating with him all that Seton Lake Ridge needs
3. Arthur to understand the immediacy of our project and that we need the website redesign as soon as is practicable.

Hi, I think the “second” image of the Upcoming Events looks fine. Then I assumed the page with the image of daisies is the click through to this?

I just wonder if this is a “Page” verses a “Post”?

I hope you had a good weekend. Thanks for sharing the link below. We are definitely heading in the right direction. Just some items to update.

PAGE 1


1. Can you please update the menu heading to the following? And space it out accordingly. As is, the ‘About Us’ has a lot more spacing. Let me know if you have questions on this

1. The placement of the via vita pic looks good. Will we have the option to resize the image to make it fit the space better? Also, let me verify with the team if they want to have text above the image.
2. We are currently using 2 fonts (cinzel and dolce vita) for our logos that are not included in the font library. Could we add them to the selection list?
3. Can we move the notification bell down? Above the maroon menu bar?
4. The quick links text and button need to fit the section better. Right now the size is too small. Please reference the photo I sent earlier.
5. As for the footer, the font size for the header for each section should be bigger and in bold. Please see photo below. Also, Will we have the ability to change the font size and color on our own? Also, please update the information details to include the following:

1. As for the social media buttons, they should be centered with the information right above it. It looks off center right now. Can we make the social media icons look and have the same effects as the social media icons on this link https://sttimothyparish.org/ --- centered. The current spacing is good.


1. For the copyright information at the very bottom can we make it so that it is aligned with the sage/maroon header bars. Same with the ‘made with diocesan’ text.



1. For the Media gallery icon, can we put a little more spacing between the icon and the right margin?


PAGE 2 – Donna is taking a look and will provide you any updates if any. It looks good. Great Job!
PAGE 3 – The calendar looks great also. But the margins need to be fixed for the columns. I’ll have to go over my notes and get back to you on this.

PAGE 4 – is this a page? Or a post? Also we don’t want to change the size of our current image header. Again, I’ll have Donna get back to you on this one.
PAGE 5 - we went over this briefly. Will we have the ability to change the picture, font size , the background color? Is the size of the alert, content driven?

Father wants the 2.5% Margin. One thing he emphasized is for right/left side bar layouts and all the other layouts, he would also like it to have similar margins. For example, referencing the picture below, I used a single column followed by a left side bar. He would like the photo to be aligned with the text/paragraph on top of it. Like how the 2nd pic (baptismal font) below is left aligned with the text on pic 1.

We would like our posts to have the same features as a page. Such as single/two columns or right/left side bar, etc.

Also, we are not changing the style of our image headers. They are staying the same.

Also, I’m checking with Fr. B again on the footer section. It looks like the color of our pages has changed to a darker tone. On our current site the footer has a darker tone than the page. Please see pic

Also, is it possible to change the font size, make either via vita larger or the way of life smaller so they line up as close as possible.

• On the homepage the images are more square than your original proof since that was requested. However, we need to keep in mind that web design is variable so it won't always be square. Different screens will show different ratios.
  
  
• The page entitled "Laptop - Post Category" is a good example of how the content will wrap. Since we want 14 pt font on all screens it will have different margins than the desktop version. It will have bigger margins because of the size of the content.
  
  
• If we want two photos on the left side of the slider, it'll be an additional development cost. Arthur should be sending you that quote shortly.

Good Morning Danae,

Mary was out of the office yesterday and is out again today; but hopefully she will be in tomorrow. What time are you available?

We had questions about why removing a text box and replacing it with an image place holder would cost 5 hours of development time and $350. It seems there is more to it than that and if you could kindly explain it to us, we’d appreciate it.
