St. Edward New Website Building
Good afternoon Fr. Acervo,
As you've been notified, I'll be working on building your new website based on Sam's proofs over the next few weeks, as Veronica curates and organizes the website content. Once we've completed the initial framework, we'll share a link to the development site so you're able to see the progress as it's being built. I am currently wrapping up a few other projects, and hope to have that ready around three weeks from now.
Once we reach the final stages of development, we'd like to schedule a time for training on the new site. Any staff who you anticipate helping with the site is welcome to join. This involves a phone call and screen sharing, generally taking 1-2 hours depending on familiarity level. During this time we'll go over the WordPress Dashboard and Editor and make sure you're ready to maintain the content!

Would you like to go ahead and schedule the training before you're out of town? Between Veronica and myself we can do nearly anytime weekdays 9am-3pm, with the exception of Monday mornings. Let us know if there's a particular time that works well for you.

Monday, July 9th, afternoon should work. How about 2pm? The training generally takes between 1-2 hours, depending on how many people attending, number of questions, and familiarity level. We'll often do a follow-up training a few weeks later if necessary, after you've been able to work on the site's content and may have more questions.
