Good Afternoon Fr. Acervo,


My name is Veronica and I am the content specialist here in Diocesan's web department.  My goal is to not only move your current content over to your new website, but all to ensure that the new website is:
  • Easy for Sarah, yourself and any others to edit
  • Easy for visitors and parishioners to find information
  • Clear, consistent and accurate

The three questions I currently have for you are:
  1. Is the current content updated?
    To avoid extra work, I want to make sure that I only move your pages after you have edited them, if you plan on editing them at all.
  2. When may I begin moving content?
    This depends on whether or not you plan on editing your pages.
  3. How much of your current website will I be moving over?
    (All, only specific pages)

Finally, thank you for choosing to work with Diocesan on this project. The main goal of a website is to provide visitors and parishioners access to your information without having to call the parish office. With our years of expertise working with Catholic churches, plus my own  experience of being both a parish office administrative assistant and parishioner, I believe that we can serve your parish to the utmost degree.

Thanks for you patience. To answer your questions, the current content is updated. I don’t have any pressing need to edit any pages at this time. The multimedia section doesn’t have to be ported over. All of it is a dew years old anyway.
