Website Proposal
Hi Dorothy,
Thank you for your patience as we worked to finalize the proposal for the community's new website.
During the Deep Dive conversation, we were able to learn a lot about Disciples of the Mission as well as what you wanted out of the website. As discussed, the website will be modeled after River Valley (https://www.rivervalley.org/). Your website will be responsive and fully integrated with whatever device (desktop, laptop, small laptop, mobile phone) is being used to browse your website. Some of the additions we will be making are a staff page, ministry landing page, ministry pages, archive pages, and sacramental pages.
There are 2 optional pieces to this project. The first optional piece is related to migrating content into the new website. We can do a base migration that includes the following only the homepage, a styles page, sample pages, and usability testing.

Alternatively, Diocesan's content specialists can do a full migration of any content that the parishes send over to us, including:
- content migration from previous websites
- any new content sent over to us
- recreating PDFs as online fillable forms
- creating posts from the bulletin
- adding past homilies & recorded Masses
- adding all staff members
The other optional piece is the logo. We can create just the logo, or we can create a logo and branding package. In addition to the logo, the branding package would include the following:
- style guide
- logo usage guidelines & samples
- double-sided business card design
- custom letterhead design
- custom envelope design
- typeface names, samples & usage
I have included a separate proposal for the logo to better see the cost break down.

Thank you for the email. As I explained last summer, the whole purpose of reaching out to your business was to get an estimate as to the cost of Web design. At this time our ACC is focusing on other technological updates that better serve our needs as we traverse the pandemic.
I am not sure when our attention will be focused on our website.
