As per our meeting today, I made note of the following items:

- Parishes will be added (DOV will export & send list)
- Once parishes are added, priests and Mass times will be added.
- Find a Parish search will have map on right side
- Only Find a Parish database will have images (for now, Clergy or Religious will not)
- Lisa Houde will have a user account with the Job List Editor permissions
- The "scroll down" arrow on hero banner images will be animated (bounce or pulse)
- News plugin: Rss Post Importer & RSS Aggregator
- Link to pro version here
- Needed for keywords, aggregating, auto-importing images
- "Tile" look for news posts (similar look to calendar)
- Offices & Departments will be moved under main "Offices" page
- Calendar - look into filtering by category
- Learn More About with 4 items (1 above, 1 in line, 2 below)

For the RSS Post Importer Pro Edition plus the Aggregator, does Diocesan want to purchase the 5-site license for $69 to be able to offer this to other diocese clients? Or do you prefer we buy it for just us at $39 for one/our site.
RSS aggregator seems to be $39 for a single site and they don’t have an option for multiple sites for that.

I had a chance to look further into the RSS Aggregator. I’m not sure we have the need to import the feeds as posts; we’re okay with people clicking stories and them opening in another tab at the source.
The WP RSS Aggregator Simple bundle seems like it has the right features we’re looking for, namely WP RSS Aggregator, Excerpts & Thumbnails, Keyword Filtering, and Categories add-ons. Here is a demo site for this simple bundle - http://simple.wprssaggregator.com/

I have gone ahead and added the parishes so that Lynn can begin adding Priests/Deacons/etc. Lisa Houde was added as a user earlier this week.
I was under the impression that you wanted a post importer, but I think this RSS Aggregator plugin will work perfectly. With a layout similar to Flow-Flow, it will match the site very well. In addition, it has the thumbnails and keyword filtering hat we need (and flow-flow does not provide). By have the aggregator, there is no need to import the feeds as posts, therefore saving space to your website as well!
You should have access to /wp-admin/plugins/php, so once you purchase the plugin, feel free to upload its zip file to the plugins.
I will then add the RSS feeds and make some tweaks to make it look as we envision it.
