Design Meeting

Good afternoon Meegan and Michelle,


I hope you have been well since we last spoke during the project consultation.

In the last couple of weeks, our lead designer, Blake, has been working on a design with the same elements you liked about the Diocese of St. Petersburg while adding and updating elements to reinvigorate the design to specifically match your needs.

On Saturday, Blake got married, so he will be out of the office for the next two weeks. However, since Blake and I discussed your design at length throughout the consultation and initial design process, I'd like to go ahead and set up your design meeting in which I will go over what he has created for you and receive your feedback. Then, once Blake is back from his honeymoon, he will take your notes and make any design updates that you've requested.

Please let me know if you are available this Wednesday morning or any time next week.

Michelle - sorry to do this but when I tried to add this new meeting to my calendar, I saw on the 7th that Chris Pastura sent the invite for a meeting for Morningstar school campaign at 1pm which isn’t showing on my work calendar. Since he set the meeting I can’t adjust it so it shows.

Can we adjust this meeting to 2pm or 2:30pm?
