While Custom Link approach will certainly work, there is a slightly more direct approach available.  Although, the end result in the Menu will be the same.  The main reason you would want to use an element (ie Page, Post, Category) versus a Custom Link in the menu is keeping that connection.  Basically, if the page ever moved, the element link would follow the page, whereas the Custom Link would become a broken link.

There is a "Homily Categories" section further down on the left hand side of menus.  You can select the 2019 category and add it to the menu from there.

Probably something in the form of Permissions.  I'll look into it.

Dan, to keep things organized, lets keep all related tasks to one to-do.  Also, Connie started a "Post Launch Issues" list for these types of things.  A separate list and to-do for each item won't be necessary.
