Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia section uploaded

I uploaded the documents for the Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia section of the Directory, into a folder named similarly.  It's a small section.  I would appreciate if you could build this section next so that I can show the site to the Bishop and Vicar General.
