Similarly, can you add the contents of our staff/personnel database to the events module so that we can see the in the dropdown for "Select Organizer From List"?
Yes and no. We can't directly link the Staff members section to Event Organizers, as the EventOn plugin offers no way to achieve integrate the two.
With respect to the Parishes and Worship sites you see in the EventOn section, those have been added to "Event Locations" within the EventOn environment. My guess is Veronica and Mary have been busy adding them as they go. Either way, these locations are separate instances of locations, and not tied directly to the Parish/Sites modules.
That said, we could export all of the current Staff members, and likely import them as Event Organizers fairly simply. The only problem with that is if you changed a phone number for an individual Staff member in the Staff section, their Event Organizer equivalent would not get that change, and vice-versa.
