Pushing Launch Date

Hi Connie,


I was looking at Ryan's calendar and he will actually be out of the office from January 22-28, while I will be out the 19-28.

Since we will both be back in town on Tuesday, January 29, did we want to move the launch date until then? 

Normally, if it were just me out of town, I would feel comfortable leaving the launch in the hands of the developer and Mary, our other content strategist. Since our lead developer on the project will be gone, I would rather not risk launching without him here. Plus, if we were to run into any issues after launch, Ryan or I would be the ones that are most familiar with the site. 

I'm sorry we didn't take a better look at our calendars when initially saying yes to the 21-22 launch, but hopefully the 29-30 launch works for everyone.

Hi Veronica,

I am thinking maybe the 30th at this point in time.  That would give you and Ryan a day to regroup with us before launch.  

We pay for hosting month to month, so I definitely want to try to launch before Feb 1st.

Can we schedule a phone call for early afternoon, Tuesday, the 29th?
It would just be with me.  

Then another call with the Website committee on Wednesday the 30th at 11 a.m.? At that time, I would like to finalize plans for going live and for the hands-on training session.

Hi Connie,

I'll be working from home tomorrow due to the weather, but can definitely have a call with you. What time are you thinking? 

Also, would you like Ryan to be in on this call? I know we are both trying to get back to Grand Rapids with this crazy weather, but I could see if he would be available.
