Homepage video

Veronica,

Our homepage video is 117MB in size.  I know you had said we couldn't upload anything larger than 100 MB to Basecamp. Do you want us  to put it in the Diocese Dropbox folder and give you access to it that way?

I think you should be able to upload it to Basecamp. 
It is the website that has a file upload limit of 100MB. 

We plan on using http://www.videosmaller.com/ to compress the video.

 am uploading a new version of the video today.  Please position the video below the header.  We don't want people's heads cut off. We talked extensively at the meeting last week about different things that could be done to alleviate that issue, but I think to be safe we just need to make sure that no part of the header is superimposed over the video.
