CSS Offices listing - can you change the display?

Hi Ryan,
Can you please change the way the bulleted text is aligned?
Also, can you order the listings alphabetically from top to bottom instead of left to right?

Connie,

I thought I was going to be able to do this from the visual side of things, but that wound up being much more challenging given the varying amounts of services per office.  I decided to rearrange the services prior to displaying them, so they end up in the order you requested.

I think it looks better. If the font were smaller, would it put the services on one line instead of some of them being on 1 line and others being on 2? Would it be easier to make the page look more like the listings of offices on the Diocese Directory page?

Font size would help some, but I don't think it would make a significant enough impact.  There are several moving parts here that collectively make up the rendering.  Sometimes, there's a vision and/or design, based on some data and/or criteria.  Sometimes, changing the data/criteria after the fact can result in less than ideal solutions.  This might be one of those situations where we're fighting a problem that we didn't intend on having.

Originally, services were short and concise.  Left to right, top to bottom was the design using 3 columns.  Based on this, we built accordingly.  Overall height of the space was not a concern as the amount of services would effectively define the area.

Now, services are longer and more specific.  Top to bottom left to right was the request, while improving overall spacing.  I was not able to achieve this arrangement using flex, due to varying height constraints of the office directory list.  I elected to programmatically arrange the services so they would land in the correct column (think 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 transforms to 1-4-7-2-5-8-3-6-9).  This eliminates the height issue while still achieving the desired order.

Of course, one column would simplify the per line issue, but offices with many services are going to look a bit silly IMO.  Using 2 columns is an option.

I would be willing to try 2 columns. Is that possible?
