Hi Veronica,
I just made some edits to the document. One thing, specifically, is the need for Parish Life Author. They will have the most users, the most pages, the most events, and will be responsible for keeping the information on parishes and worship sites up to date. They would also have the ability to edit clergy details, if necessary (although not regularly). I also made some comments on some of the cells, to answer your questions about some options. Finally, I was wondering why Diocese Admin does not have access to add/edit/delete users so I changed that cell.

We can add the user capabilities to it. By default, we don't allow it for security reasons, but with other Diocese, we have allowed it.

Veronica, With regard to who will be updating the clergy file, Father Walsh (Vicar for Clergy) would like to it to stay as is, with Gayle Stancheski sending any updated information from the priests to Dan Gallagher who will make the web update. Gayle will only be responsible for updating the Vicar for Clergy page.

Okay. So if I understand correctly, we will not need a religious author since Dan will be doing it. (He has full access to every DPI module anyways).
