Blake and Veronica,

We have a question about the City dropdown box.  Will it only contain the cities in which we have parishes?

That is correct. It will only be cities where there are already parishes. If you are thinking about people that don't want to search by their location but want to find parishes near them, we can bring back the zipcode field. 

Yes please bring back the zip code field.  I think that would be helpful to people doing a location search.

Also, we need this link to our list of consolidated parishes added somewhere on the page:

As far as the list of consolidated parishes, are you saying you want it on the Find a Parish page? 

I think it would be better if at the bottom of the search results (or if they get 0 search results) then we can have something that says the following and links to the file you provided.

The cue would be a little different, due mainly to the reason that people are looking for this list (to find sacramental records). How about:

 

Looking for parish records from a parish that has been closed or consolidated?  Click here for information about where the records are housed.
