Thank you very much for your patience, and help with Paylocity, as we worked to finalize the proposal for the new Diocese website.
As we discussed during our Deep Dive, the new Diocese website will be inspired by the Winshape websites. Our design team will put their unique spin on the design to make sure your website is one of a kind. Below are some of the key developments for the website:

As we discussed during our Deep Dive, the new Diocese website will be inspired by the Winshape websites. Our design team will put their unique spin on the design to make sure your website is one of a kind. Below are some of the key developments for the website:
- Custom website built on the WordPress platform.
- GIS for Find a Parish
- GIS for Job Opportunities
- News Organized by Area
- Find Staff (Chancellory, Dept Head, Priest/Deacon)
- Search Capability
- SAFE Environment
- Input or transfer of current website content and new content supplied by the client.
Working with another platform and incorporating their information into a website and having it play nicely is always risky. My development team does feel confident that we have the understanding to make this happen, however, there is a chance that once things get moving there could be more development. As we approach max time, we would certainly let you know, and come up with a game plan on how to finish efficiently. The other choice would be to have our developers create their own option, and then after seeing how that works for you, maybe revisit this aspect as a Phase 2.

I am working this morning to get your project into our queue. In the next few weeks, a designer will be reaching out to you and the design phase will begin.
Going forward will it be just you and Katherine that's part of the project? If anyone else should be included, please include their name and email address so I can add them to Basecamp.
