It's been a couple of weeks since we had our initial Deep Dive, and I sent over the links for you to review. What are your thoughts about those links? Was there one in particular that caught your attention? Were there aspects from each that you think could work for your new website?

I just spoke with my CFO and we’re ready to sign a contract! If you could send one over for the “works” if you will… and if there’s some sort of rebate in the end, that would be great. If not, that’s fine too. We’re so happy to begin this adventure with you all. There’s lots of work to be done!

That is exciting news! We are so excited about moving forward and bringing an awesome website to the Diocese of Orlando.
My team is going to be meeting over the next few days to go over all of our notes so we can provide an accurate proposal. I will try and get the proposal ASAP, but there is a chance it might get into next week before it is ready.

There are a couple of large pieces we are in the midst of discussing. Those are the career opportunities and connecting the Diocese via region using Google Maps and GIS. As we were discussing the career opportunities aspect, there is some information regarding GIS and Paylocity, we need we could use from you.

When you have the information, we could include HR in our meeting so that our developer can look at the career opportunity/recruiting information. I understand giving out those credentials could cause hesitancy, but we could do a Zoom/Google Meet so our developer can gather the information.
When you are available, let me know a time that would work for you. I will still check in periodically since July 1st will be here before we know it.
