Domain Transfer
Hello Randy,
You have let us know that you would like your https://stclementschurch.com/ domain to be transferred to Diocesan.
There are two ways that we can go about doing this:
There are two ways that we can go about doing this:
- Provide Diocesan with your domain login credentials and we will initiate the transfer OR
- Your current domain owner can initiate the transfer
1. Provide Diocesan with Login
Below are the things we need for the login:
- Login URL
- Username/email
- Password
Once Diocesan has initiated the transfer, you will still need to send Diocesan the Authorization (EPP) code (emailed to domain owner). If you believe that there will be an issue with this, please let us know.
2. We Will Initiate Domain Transfer
- Unlock your domain
- Send us the Authorization (EPP) Code
- Diocesan initiates transfer
- You confirm the transfer
- Transfer complete!
Let us know if you have any questions or are having trouble finding who your current domain owner is.

Good morning, Randy -
I'm just checking in, as it looks like your project has an approved design and will next be moving to the development stage.
Have you determined who your current domain owner is or do you need assistance figuring that out? Let me know if I can be of any help with the domain transfer. I like to make sure we at least are able to log in to the account and access a transfer code so we know that's available when we are ready to transfer the domain to our eNom account.
Thank you,
Mary Goeldel

Good morning, Randy -
I'm just checking in again, as I never received a response from you when I last wrote - I'm responsible for transferring the domain for St. Clement, and we'll also need this information when it comes time to launch.

Hi again Randy,
I would really like to get this resolved today. St Clements is the last site I need to move. I plan to set it up to migrate tonight, so I hope you aren’t planning to make any changes to the site today?
My plan is to shut down the old server by the end of the week. That should give everyone a chance to test their new sites. So far there have been no issues moving other sites—I expect yours to go smoothly also.
I need to have the domain information so that I can point your DNS to the new location. If I have this information it should be a seamless move. In the past Erik took care of the email and DNS switches. I’m including him just in case he is still helping with that?
I don’t want any disruption to your emails — scpny.org. And I’m not sure you use stclementschurch.com for any emails?
Please contact me today so I can proceed. Your help is great appreciated.
Thanks,
Carol

Hi, Randy -
It looks like someone is currently migrating your site? I will not be doing anything with the domain at this time - we simply like to know that we can login and access the domain, and retrieve an EPP/auth code when it's time to actually transfer the domain.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the process.
Thank you,
Mary at Diocesan
