I would like to have a presentation to my team next week. However, our pastor and some of us will be at a conference from 25-28 in March and it will be easy to do it the week of April 1-6? We prefer Mondays afternoon if that works for you.
In the meantime is it possible you can put a proposal with pricing based on the information I provided?

Thank you for your email! Does Monday, April 1st at 2pm work for us to schedule a video conference for the 2nd meeting with you and the staff? Also, we will get a quote to you after our second meeting because our designer and content specialist will be able to get a more accurate idea of what you are looking for in the site (this helps determine the number of hours it takes to build a site). :)
