Change of scope

Good afternoon Fr. Andrew. Blake just brought me up to speed on your conversation today.  As Blake had mentioned on the phone, with the project scope changing (Diocesan creating two different logos, one for the church and one for the school, versus just one logo) the amount of hours budgeted for the project will probably not be enough. 

Initially we budgeted 44 hours for the entire project. Thus far Blake has spent about 17 hours to this point. As he is working on the school logo we will be sure to keep you informed of how many hours are being used. When/if we reach a point where it looks like we're going to go over we will be sure to inform you.
