Good afternoon Beth and Fr Tim,

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation.  Initially, we had quoted a price of $7490 (107 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 22 hours budgeted/27.5 hours used
  • Build: 65 hours budgeted/15.5 hours used
  • Content Migration: 20 hours budgeted/9.4 hours used
This brings our current cost to $3668. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $3000.
