Website Proposal
Good afternoon Fr Tim and Beth,
Thank you for your patience as we worked to finalize the proposal for your new website. This morning I was given the ok by my sales team to send over the proposal.
During the Deep Dive conversation, we shared with you a couple of design ideas. The website https://www.aggiecatholic.org/ was chosen to be the basis for your new website. We will be incorporating the Facebook Feed Plugin, which I have included the cost ($49) on the proposal. Another key aspect was Google Translate versus Polylang. Google Translate is a free plugin that automatically translates the words on the website to a selected language, while Polylang allows you to essentially create a separate website with the proper verbiage.
The attached proposal breaks down the website project into the phases (design, build, content migration) we go through to create your new website. Each phase is broken down into the time it will take us to complete. In the build phase, you will see that I included a note that Polylang is optional and would have 12 hours of the build devoted. If you decide against Polylang we would subtract those 12 hours from the project. At the bottom of the proposal is the information for Diocesan to host your domain (https://stclarecc.org/) as well as hosting the website.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.
Google Translate would be a free plugin added to your website. If we remove Polylang from the project the build time would decrease by 12 hours and would cut $840 from the project.
If needed I can create a new proposal for you.
