New Website First Design Meeting

Hello Fr. Tim & Beth,

My name is Blake Stapleton and I am the web designer at Diocesan that will be working with you on your new web project.
I am reaching out to let you know that I am ready to schedule our first design meeting so that we can go over the homepage mockup that I have created based off our initial design notes. 

Do you have any time available to meet this week? Here are the days and times I am available: Tomorrow: Noon - 5 pm, Wednesday: 11 am - 3 pm, Thursday: 11 am - Noon & 3 pm - 5 pm, Friday: 11 am - 1:30 pm, & 3:30 pm - 5 pm.

Our developer is still working on the website and making sure all the options and styling will work perfectly for all devices. 
In terms of timeline, we are probably looking at another month of development and content migration before we share that development site with you and get started on trainings!

Good morning Beth, 


I know Blake has reached out to you with some questions/discussion points since we are in the last of the mobile development testing. Once those are finalized, we can update (or leave) the small design tweaks and get the build completed!

Our current trajectory is as follows:
  • March 5: Content Migration Begins
    Cody will be migrating your content, using the Suggested Sitemap as a guide and live checklist. 
  • March 15: Development Link Sent
    This link will allow you to view the website with all content added.
  • March 17: Training Period Opens
    The first and second training sessions occur over at least 2 weeks. More information regarding the training period will be sent in the Development Link email
  • March 31: Earliest Launch Date
    Dependant on training dates, as the soonest you are able to launch is 2 weeks after the first training session.
