I was talking with Blake about the layout of your website and I have two points that I wanted to discuss.

The first is that the current structural layout of your website is impeccable. Each item in your menu is placed exactly where I would place it. I normally rearrange top menu items so that the menu flows logically from left to right in terms of type of information, but even that is perfect on your current site. All I did was shuffle some things to fit under your new menu items and defining how things are displayed. (See my suggestions here.)
So I just wanted to say kudos to you and whoever else helps manage the website's content and menu. 

Second, since your website structure is so well done and straight forward, I think we should consider drop-down menus for your site navigation.  There is no need to cause any confusion where there currently is none. If we go with drop-downs, the top menu would only be one level deep and any other information (see Faith Formation calendar, children's liturgy, & RE roles) would be buttons on the main Faith Formation page. This way, we could utilize those buttons that are so beautiful on Sacred Heart's website without adding unnecessary clicks.
