Good morning!
The first training is usually 1 - 2 hours, depending on how familiar the users are with WordPress. Also, depending on the size of the group and how many questions are asked, it can often run closer to 2 hours.

Just heard back on availability, would something in either of these timeframes work next week? Eastern time:
Tue/5th - anytime 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Thur/7th - anytime 10:00am to 2:00pm

Nothing that I can think of - we'll connect remotely using our Team Viewer software so just a computer that can access the internet is all that is needed on your end. We'll have a training account to log in with, and we'll start with the basics!
