Development Progress
Hi Emily,
I just wanted to let you know that one of our developers has already started working on your website! Personally, I LOVE your site's design and can't wait to share it with you.
We plan on sending you a link to the development site within the next week or two. At that time, you will be able to see your website at ~80% completion, since we leave mobile development for last, just in case there are any changes or misinterpretations.
Plus, once we send you your development link, we can schedule a training, so keep that in mind as well. When I send the development link, I will send more information on the training, so there is no need to worry too much about that quite yet.
Now, I do want to also share with you that I will be out of the office from January 19-28, but Mary, our other content and support specialist will be in the office and able to answer questions you may have. And, of course, I will definitely update you again once I return to the office on Tuesday, January 29.
Until then, let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Have a blessed day,
Veronica Alvarado

Hi Veronica,
I apologize for not getting a reply off to you before you left for vacation. Our “Mass of Blessing” for our expanded church was this past Sunday…. However, we did not get approval from the city to hold this first Mass back in our renovated church until late on Friday afternoon. (Construction is not quite done, and had to get a special exception to hold this Mass that has been planned for months!) On top of the regular work that comes with a huge event, the chance of it not happening and needing to come up with alternate Plan B was almost comical. I’m happy to report that is over!
The good news is that I will have lots of great photos to use for the new website! I will keep an eye out for the development site to come over. Now that I have this behind me, I can put all my energy into finishing the site. Can’t wait to see, it!
Thank you,

Hello Emily,
I am out of the office all week, but know that you have been anticipating the launch of your new website and I'm happy to announce that we are one big step closer.
It sounds like you've been busy and so have we! As we near the end of the primary phase of development, we have begun to fill in your website's content. This way, when we send you the link to the development website, you will be able to see a more complete version of your website.
We expect to send you the link to the development website by the end of the week. At that point, you will be able to see your new website at ~80% completion, with all of its content.
The reason we send you the link at 80% completion is to ensure that we are on the right path with functionality and layout of content.
When we send you the link to the development website, we will also schedule a training with you and/or your staff.
Training Details:
- Approximately 2 hours
- Done remotely
- Remote control setup is done at beginning of training
- May begin anytime from 9:00 am -2:00 pm
What the Training Covers:
- Creating/editing pages
- Creating/editing news posts
- Editing homepage elements
- Editing header/footer components
- Creating/editing online forms
- Creating/editing photo galleries & albums
After the training, we require a minimum of 2 weeks before launching so that you and your team will be comfortable editing the site.
Thank you and I look forward to sharing your brand new website with you!
