Good afternoon Alisa,

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation.  Initially, we had quoted a price of $6720 (96 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 42 hours budgeted/21.6 hours used
  • Build: 30 hours budgeted/.4 hours used
  • Content Migration: 24 hours budgeted/0 hours used
This brings our current cost to $1540. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $3360.

I pray you had a blessed Thanksgiving! 

Alan will send you a project update today, but I can go ahead and address the timeline now.

There were several projects in the queue ahead of yours and your website development is scheduled to begin development early to mid next week. 
Once begun, we anticipate 2 weeks of development, plus an additional 1-2 week(s) for content migration and usability testing. Since you have already approved the suggested sitemap, the content migration should be completed quickly even with the Christmas and New Years holidays back to back.

After the content migration is completed, we will send you a link to the development site for you to click around and discuss scheduling your first training session.
