Additional Logos

Good morning Alisa,


Danae let me know that you are wanting an additional, school logo, combined logo, and icon only.

Currently, you still have 18 hours remaining in your design budget. There shouldn't be any issues but please know that any overages will be billed to the parish. 
To help you keep track of this, we will continue to send weekly updates and let you know if we are encroaching on the 42 design hours or the original total website quote. 

As seen yesterday, here is where we are at with budget and hours:
  • Design: 42 hours budgeted/24 hours used
  • Build: 30 hours budgeted/27.4 hours used
  • Content Migration: 24 hours budgeted/10.1 hours used
This brings our current cost to $4305 out of the initial quoted cost of $6720 (96 hours x $70hr).
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $3360.

Hi Alisa, 


I apologize if my message was alarming. The Icon Logo package you selected, in addition to the web design hours, can be used however you wish but are normally used for a single logo. 

The change in the original scope of logo number or direction is normally a red flag to us since it can lead to the logo process starting over, hence this standard email. However, since it sounds like the only text is being changed then saved out as different file formats, Danae is estimating 3-5 hours. Your project still has 18 design hours remaining, leaving you with no reason to worry.
