Training
Good morning Penny and Father,
As we are making great progress with the website, I think we should go ahead and schedule a WordPress training. (WordPress is the user-friendly platform we use to create and edit your site.) A training typically takes 1-2 hours and is done over the phone and via screen sharing, so please be sure that you have computer/internet access.
With this in mind, please choose two times and dates the week of February 26 - March 2. This gives you two at least a week before the launch to edit content and gives Diocesan time to make changes to the development. I am available on Monday for trainings beginning from 11-2 and Tuesday-Friday for trainings beginning from 8-2. Please let me know what times work best for you.
By the end of this week, we will be sending you a link to the development site. At this point, we ask that you give us as much feedback as possible. We will also go over your concerns during the training, as well. With such a short timeline between completing the site and launching, we want to be sure that we have covered all the bases and that the website lives up to your expectations.
If you have any questions, please let me know.

Penny,
Let's do Wednesday, February 28.
Also, you are doing a great job with content. I am currently creating a Site Navigation Map that should help us see what content is left. Regardless, things are filling in quite nicely!
Thanks for all your hard work,

Penny & Father,
Here is the link to the development site: http://cheboygancc.diocesanweb.com/
If there is anything that is immediately alarming about the website, please let me know. Otherwise, we can go over all the little things during our training tomorrow.
Also, as far as content, please remember that we can add more pages as we go. The pages that currently exist on the website are just the information that I have received so far.
I am looking forward to training you two on the website tomorrow,

Hi Veronica,
It looks great!
I noticed a few things.
Under the picture of St. Clement the town name is mis-spelled it should be "Pellston".
Under the picture of Sacred Heart of Jesus I think "weekend" should be moved to the 2nd line.
Baraga radio is displayed twice under the ministries tab.
The music ministry sample link displays and there is an actual music ministry link with a guitar.
On the cantor description it looks like the last sentence got cut off in the middle of the sentence.
We are looking forward to training tomorrow too.

Penny,
I have made note of the misspelled Pellston and moving "Weekend" to the next line.
As for the other issues:
As for the other issues:
- Baraga Radio is displayed twice just to show you that there is three columns (this can be changed later, I just duplicated it until we add another ministry)
- Music Ministry Sample link is actually a link to the post. I have changed the information for this post so that the page makes more sense.
- The Cantor description looks cut off because the text is wrapping around the image. This is an issue with the size of the image. It is probably just barely interrupting the text, so it looks empty.
Hopefully this answers your questions,
