Gmail Set Up

Good morning Penny,


As of this morning Cheboygan Catholic Community is registered with Google Non-Profit!
Sorry the process has taken so long. The Google non-profit verification process goes through a company called TechSoup and from November 22-December 11 their staff was on vacation. (I wish I got that kind of vacation!)

I can now begin setting up the emails from the spreadsheet list that you provided us. There are 14 emails that I will set up and provide passwords for. After sending you the passwords to each account, each individual will have access to log into their account and change their password if they choose.

Unfortunately, since there is a 12-48 hour waiting period between creating the account and when you may begin accessing the account, it may take a while before I send you the email.
I am hoping that I will them sent to you by end of day tomorrow, Friday, December 15.

The accounts are created and ready!

Here are the 14 users and passwords:
Once they have logged in, they can reset their password by following these instructions (linked here).

As for the calendar, I have added the Masses of each church. If you would like to add more events, please feel free to do so. Simply make sure that you are saving them under "Parish Calendar" where it says calendar.
Also, when making events, there is a repeat option and a location option. (I know to find Sacred heart and St. Mary/St. Charles, I typed in "catholic church cheboygan" and they popped up)
