Project Timeline and Launching Update

Fr. Duane and Penny,

Hi.  This message is to recap the conversation between Penny and myself early today. 

Late last week, we were notified that there was a mention to the congregation about the new website being live by March 1st.  Since this was stated without our knowledge we unfortunately cannot guarantee this expedited schedule.  We are moving items around and looking to accommodate this new timeline as much as possible, though.

With approval of the design just a few moments ago, the project is moving to the live build and content development stages.  Our developer is wrapping up current projects and will begin the site build as soon as he can.  In the meantime, our content specialist will coordinate with Penny on site info, content, images, and training.

Will keep you posted and shooting for a launch by the target date.
