We know that with your busy schedules the website can fall to the back burner. Still, your website's launch is dependent on how quickly you respond so that we can move your project from design to content and development.
This is why we are reaching out to you and seeing if there is anything we can do to help!
Below are some things that other parishes have mentioned that cause delays, along with our common solutions:
"There have been some changes in staff"
There may be a new pastor, business manager, committee leader or website manager.
If so, please send us their emails so that we will add them to Basecamp with a quick introduction and update on the project thus far so we can continue the process.
"We're Just Really Busy Right Now"
With Lent, Advent, and general parish life being so busy, you may have to put the website on hold. We completely understand.
If that is the case, let us know so that we can schedule a date to reach back out to you. Please keep in mind that this delay will also delay your website's launch, regardless of predetermined anticipated launch date.
"There's Just Not Enough Time"
Within a parish office, there is always just so much to do. It may be that you simply don't have the time to work with us on the website, especially if you are a small parish office.
Something you may want to consider is delegating the website project to others. This could mean a parishioner, your DRE, a committee, or another clergy member. Just let us know.
Regardless of the reason, simply respond to this email and we can get you up to speed and go from there.
