Good afternoon Courtney,
Thank you for your patience as we worked to finalize the proposal for you.
During the Deep Dive conversation, you really liked the site we were creating for John Paul II in Cedar Springs, MI. Since there weren't going to be any changes to the design, we were going to use this as a template for your new website. We will change out the colors and branding to match your new logo. We will also help you bring your content into the new website. Below is a link to the recently launched website for John Paul II.

Attached you will find the proposal. The proposal breaks down the process to create your new website into the design, build, and content. Each step lets you see the amount of time projected to complete that portion. I have also included a piece from our sales team. The bulletin agreement had a credit available of $3,000 to be used towards a new website. I have included this as a line item so you can see the total cost and then the cost with the website credit applied.

We currently get our hosting and domain name through a local company who is a parishioner. We get an amazing deal from them. If we wanted to move forward, can we do the contract without the hosting and domain name?

You are able to use another hosting company if you wish. As an FYI, our support team would be able to assist with any website questions, but if there were any server related issues those would be handled through the hosting company.
I have adjusted the proposal indicating the domain and website would be via 3rd party.

It's normally a two-week gap between when we receive your signed proposal and when content strategy begins but with our sudden inpour of support tickets, I am estimating up to three weeks from your signing date.
Once the content strategy has begun, we can take a look at the design queue and formulate a timeline for the remainder of the project.
