Website Proposal
Good morning Deacon Weeks,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us this week. Your feedback during our Deep Dive conversation helped us finalize the proposal for your new website quickly.
During the Deep Dive conversation, you picked our Sacred Heart Express Site. We will build your new website with the Sacred Heart foundation and then incorporate your branding, colors, fonts, and content. This will provide a unique website that showcases St Cecilia.
The attached proposal breaks down the process we go through to create your new website. Each phase (design, build, content migration) details the amount of time we allocated to finalize. This is how we come up with the total cost for the website creation. I have also included the one time set up of Google's G Suite offering ($350). We will work with Google to verify your non-profit status and then work with you to set up your Gmail. From that point, you will have access to all of the G Suite offerings at no additional charge.
The last section of the proposal is information regarding our annual hosting. We will host the website on our server. Additionally, we can host and renew your domain. This will allow you to have everything in one location and receive one annual hosting bill.

As I reviewed the project file, I realized I had not included pricing for the logo option(s) we discussed. Attached you will find a document that details our logo options. All of these are optional, and we can move forward now or in the future.
Also, I spoke with my boss and we would be able to accommodate a quarterly payment arrangement. When a signed proposal is returned, I will make note of the arrangement.
