Good morning All,

We will call Ana at 11am per her request for todays launch. 

As we prepare to launch your website this morning, we ask that you please refrain from logging into the development website (one ending with ".diocesanweb.org") and making any changes until you receive an email from us letting you know that your website is launched. This way, nothing will be overwritten or go unsaved as we change URLs and add SSL certificates.

Good afternoon all,

Congratulations, your new website is now live and visible to the world!

I'm still not seeing the live site. Why is that?
The industry standard for launch changes to propagate is 0-72 hours. However, it's been my experience that you can usually see these changes within 2 hours. You will know it was successful when visiting https://stceceliachurch.org brings up your site.

If you can see the website on a computer or mobile device not using your parish's internet, it may be that your parish's internal server needs to be reset or may have the IP address of your previous host manually set up. If this is the case, you will have to talk to your IT person, as this is not something Diocesan can help with. 

New Login Page
Although you will now go to https://stceceliachurch.org/clearwater to log in, your login credentials are still the same. 

Hidden Login Hours
For security issues, we have made the website's backend inaccessible during the hours of 1:00-6:00 am. If you would prefer for us to turn this security feature off, please let us know as soon as possible.

Statistics
Since your website is now live, we have also added the ability to track your website's statistics. 
Feel free to view the statistics by clicking Statistics. This will give you access to see what devices are being used, how people are finding your website, and your top pages/link.

Forms & Notifications
We set up the forms to go to someone at your organization. If you do not receive any emails, please check your spam/junk folder of that email. You can check which email it is going to in the Form's Notification Settings (Forms > Settings > Notifications). It is advised to test this yourself ASAP to make sure that the correct email is set up and that the emails are coming in. If they are going to spam, you can whitelist the address.

Canceling Previous Website Host
Launching your website DOES NOT cancel your previous web hosting service. Diocesan does, however, suggest that you do not cancel your previous web hosting service until at least 2 business days after your new website launches. 

NOTE: Some website hosting companies may package website hosting and domain hosting/renewal together. If this is true for you, you may want to consider transferring your domain over to Diocesan. You may begin this process by emailing us at websupport@diocesan.com or calling  1 (800) 994-9817.

Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter Feeds
Please keep in mind that any automated social media feeds may need to be reconnected. When this error message appears, please let us know and we can walk you through the steps to log in anytime this happens in the future. (Typically, Facebook-owned companies only allow login to be valid for 3-4 months at a time.)
