New Website Design Proofs
Hi Judy
I finished some design proofs today and I wanted to go over them with you. If you could give me a call, at your convenience, or let me know when would be a good time for me to call you that would be great. I'd love to show you them and walk you through the design process.
I am out of this afternoon around 12:30 pm, because of an onsite design consult, but will be back in tomorrow. So if you would like to call or have me call you then that would be great too. The number here is 877-923-0777.

Thank you for our meeting today. I will forward these designs to a few other Catholic Charities staff and then send in the approval through your Basecamp request.
One thing I noticed and failed to mention today that one navigation items is labeled incorrectly. Instead of "How Can We Help You" it should be "How You Can Help". And in that category I had listed:
Donate
Vehicle Donation
Financial Gifts
Foundation – direct link to Catholic Charities Foundation web site
Corporate Giving
Volunteer
Wish List – different copy from the old site
Also, I am sure this is further on in the design process but we will need to tweak the social media section too.

Veronica and I noticed that as well so I went ahead and changed on all the proofs to be the correct wording of "How You Can Help."
I also went a head and made the other edits you requested to the proofs. I added the the 3rd button of "Newsletter" to the sticky bar, I added a sign up form on the volunteer page, and put the general email, "info@catholiccharitiesdov.org" down in the footer.
The same link should reflect all of these changes, all you have to do is refresh the page in your browser and you will see them.
We can definitely tweak social media stuff during the development process if need be.

Thank you so much. All of my coworkers loved the look of the site. I will approve the design right away. I am not sure if this is further down in the process but I may change up some of the navigation button names on the bottom of the pages. With the large box on the home page that has the Donate Now box, can we change out that button to be something else? I would like the ability to have the top of the page and the box below the Events to be interchangeable for either donation opportunities or news or volunteer opportunities. In other words they both would be action items but one would be a feature item and one a secondary item. Also, I have an idea for the social media feed. Since our Catholic Charities Facebook, Twitter and Instagram posts are usually the same content we probably do not want all three of them showing up on the home page since it will be repetitive. We do have a few programs of Catholic Charities that have their own Facebook pages. Maybe we could feature their feeds next to the official Catholic Charities Facebook feed.

I have another request for our home page. We are gearing up for our event season now, and I was wondering if I could have on our home page in the Events section an option to have six highlighted event boxes to show on the home page? I would only need this for one half of the year and then would prefer to go back to three event boxes during the rest of the year. Is this possible?
