I sent O'Neal Davidson at the IT Office for the Diocesan an email to hold off on the change and let the developer know. I have also made a to-do for the Logo area. I believe the Project Rachel was a content issue and I think I have fixed it. For some reason, almost all of the text had a non-breaking space added between it, so that is why there was a weird space between "every" and "relationship". I hope this is what you were referring to.

For sure the Project Rachel form. I set it up basically the same as the others, so I want to solve that one before the others, since those go to numerous people based on the logics I set up.
Also, the "Donate, Volunteer, Find Help" navigation is missing from mobile. Previously, it appeared at the bottom as you scrolled.
Lastly, also on mobile, there is a ton of dead white space above and below "Our News" on the homepage.

After testing the forms, it looks like it goes to spam/junk initially, at least it did when it swapped the receiving email to mine for a test.
Please try it again and see if that is where it ends up, otherwise, it might be something with how the inbox is set up, and talking to the IT Department to see if there is anything that could be blocking those emails from coming through might help.

I am not receiving the two-factor authentication code email this morning. Not sure if you are aware of any issues with this.
I plan on adding a connector to the Gravity Forms (Integrately) to push information to Smartsheet. Not sure if you need to help with this or not, but I will let you know.
It looks like the spacing was fixed on the mobile site, so we're just waiting on the return of the "Donate, Volunteer, Find Help" navigation.
Hopefully we can knock out this final items and get the site launched.

Hello Jason,
I have added the Webhook add-on for Gravity Forms and have added that Integrately API key to the Project Rachel form. Is that the correct form for it? I tried to find a way for you to use the add-on on your account, but for whatever reason, it would not let me. So, until that is added or fixed, it would have to be done through us and we would just need the Webhook URL.

* The background image for the "By the Numbers" section on the homepage is massively blown up and unrecognizable on mobile. Can you fix that?
* Thank you for switching the banner image on mobile to landscape. Can the Welcome section below it have the text scaled down?
* "Welcome to Catholic Charities of Central Florida" should be bigger than the mission statement below, but smaller than "A Ministry of the Diocese of Orlando"
* The mission statement text should be the same size as the rest of the text on the mobile homepage (I.e. the text under "Our Beliefs."
It's looking good! Once that form is connected and the bar comes back with the Donate, Volunteer, and Find Help Buttons (mobile), I think it will be ready to launch pending approval!

I have attached a screenshot of how it is setup and double-checked the URL. I am not sure if Integrately has a problem with it being a development site or if it needs to come from https://cflcc.org/ or something, but that is all I can think of that would be causing it not to go through. I have not worked with it before, but it was setup to the instructions that Integrately and you provided.

Hi Cody, when people are viewing the website on smaller laptop screens or iPad Pros in landscape, the site gets a little distorted. It looks like it switches to an oversized mobile version as opposed to being the full site but scaled down. If I scale the window down, it also does the same thing. What's interesting is that it doesn't seem to be dependent on screen ration but actual screen size.
Are you able to look into this please? Thanks!
