A few weeks ago I sent over the links for you to review. I know we were going to be on a tight timeline, so I have gone ahead and attached a proposal for you.
The attached proposal uses the St Anthony design as the foundation for your new website. We will incorporate the ideas you shared during our Deep Dive as well as your colors, fonts, and content. I have also included our annual website and domain hosting. This way you would have everything in one location.

As opposed to other static websites our webpage will be marketed for Volunteers and online giving, so curious as to what the overage charges are if they ever occur.

You ask a good question.
When it comes to storage and bandwidth we are not a company that waits for an overage to hit so we can send out a fee. In both instances, we will work with you.
Storage
Diocesan receives an alert when you are at 80%, 90%, and 100% capacity. We will notify you at each stage. If you do reach 100% capacity, we will discuss the monthly storage usage, go over alternatives to save storage space, and offer the option of upgrading hosting packages.
Bandwidth
There is no penalty if you surpass the monthly bandwidth. Your website will certainly respond in a slower fashion if you surpass the monthly bandwidth. Our servers are monitored, in house, so if this is happening consistently, we will notify you and discuss alternatives to decrease the amount used or offer the option to upgrade to the next hosting package.
We do have additional hosting plans available if you feel like our initial tier isn't enough and you are able to upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you wanted to start with Tier 1 and if you noticed you were at the high end, you can move up a tier. Similarly, if you wanted to start at tier 2 but you felt like it was too robust you can move back to tier 1.
