I have on my calendar that we plan to launch St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church's new website this Monday, November 4th.

I just wanted to make sure that the date still worked for you.

As our developer prepares your website for launch, we need the login information for the domain, not for the site (which the parish@stcatherineop.com and StCath... password is for). Additionally, we wanted to know if Diocesan should prepare to launch the domain or if you are comfortable making the proper DNS changes from your domain dashboard. 

The login information url would be with NameCheap or one of its subsidiaries. 


Diocesan Launches Site

If you would like, one of Diocesan's developers can launch your website for you. In order to make these changes for you, we would need the following:

Unfortunately, we cannot launch without the domain information since we need to edit those records to point to our server rather than the server the site was hosted on before. Once we have the domain login information, we can begin launching the site.

You can have them send it to webdepartment@diocesan.com, so that we definitely get the email. Basecamp doesn't work well with people who have not been added to the project sending emails to it. Just as a note. Our web department email will definitely get the information then.

It looks like the hosting provider does not have access to the top-level of the domain, which is what we need to launch. What Frank is saying in the red lettering is basically moot because he was sending over a compressed version of the website (old website).

We have found a link for you to reset your password and get access to your top-level domain, which is required to launch the site. Here is that link: https://ap.www.namecheap.com/ResetPassword?_ga=2.258061384.331323080.1573248462-1035291287.1572030940 

Send us the necessary login information and we can change the records so we can launch the site.
