I am Veronica, the content specialist of Diocesan's web department. 

I know you have been working with Sam on the design, but I wanted to let you know that we were able to move your old website content onto your future website. If you are making changes to content, please let me know so that later on, you are not making the same changes. 

Also, if you have any photos that you would like us to put on the website, feel free to send them my way.

Hi Veronica,

Looking forward to working with you now!
Is the best way to send you new information just to add it to the Dropbox? (That’s what I was doing with Sam.)
I just now added photos from the Marriage Enrichment Date Nights and some information regarding music, environmental, and AV.
As long as this works for you, that is what I will continue to do. I am expecting to be receiving a lot of incoming info since I just sent out another reminder to all!

Dropbox would work for me, but the thing with Dropbox is that you will be adding photos regularly (I assume) and I will have to check repeatedly to see what is new. 
If you are comfortable with it, please just send me the photos/text here. That way it is easy to see what is more recently given to me.
If you are more comfortable with Dropbox, upload your information there. Just send me an email to let me know when you have added more information

I'm definitely excited to see the information flowing in!

Hi Veronica,

Since I HOPE I will be receiving plenty of stuff, Dropbox lets me send a bunch at a time, rather than one-by-one as email. I am also concerned that my Dropbox will fill up since I only have the free one! So, how about as I drop stuff in there, I will email you. And then once you have taken it, you let me know and I can delete it? That way too, you would only be receiving new stuff all the time. Would this work?

Good morning Chris, 


On your old website, you had an archive of bulletins dating back to 2011. Is this something you wanted to keep? We have a plugin that automatically pulls in your bulletins and keeps up to 12 of the most recent past bulletins, but do not have the ability to bring in years worth. 
Is 12 enough (or 4, 8, etc)? I simply assumed that you had kept the old bulletins because they just that they weren't worth the hassle of deleting, "just in case," but if you would like to keep an archive of those old bulletins, please let me know.

And to let you know, I’m having a meeting next Tuesday with other key people to discuss additions/deletions/changes for our new website. This was Msgr. Morris’ request as we have some pages on our old website that are obsolete, etc. He is anxious to get everything right. I’m sure I’ll be sending you a message after that meeting!
