Hello Amy,

I was looking into that as well!

If you have the username and password for GoDaddy, as well as, the email in charge of it (uses two-factor authentication, so it sends a code to the email) then we will be able to launch the site, so you don't have to worry about any of that. From what I know, it sounds like we were going to launch the new website so that it is reachable at: https://stcatherinelabourega.org/

I am the contact person but only by default. We just got it transferred to us from our current computer folks. I am assuming you need the customer number an the username. Will this change our email settings?

It looks like there are no domains listed under that account/email that you sent. How long ago did you transfer the domain and did you transfer it from another account to this account? If yes, then it may take some time for it to show up under this account.

Ummm I don’ t know what to say. The owner of the company that hosts our current sight – so to speak – did not transfer the domain to us. I have an email dated 04/08/2021 that says the transfer would go through on 04/12/21. I have left him a voicemail message and I will let you know as soon as I find out something. Would we otherwise have to change our web address?

I am sorry that it didn't go through or didn't happen, but unfortunately, we cannot launch the site until we find out the owner of the domain and can either give them instructions on how to change it or have access to it.
