Thank you for your patience as we worked to finalize the website proposal for the preschool.
The attached proposal breaksdown the cost of our custom school website projects. During our Deep Dive conversations, it was pretty clear that the SuperOwly website presented the content in a way that you thought could be good for the preschool. Our team would be using the SuperOwly design as inspiration for a unique design that showcases the preschool. We will also be including the following functionality:

You had also asked for the possiblity to launch the new website in early August. As we approach June, with an early June project start, it would not be possible to meet that timeframe in a standard project creation. However, I have included a rush charge to the proposal that moves your project to a top priority. We would still need to have quick replies to questions and action items throughout the course of the project.

I’ve reviewed this estimate with a few folks here, and we agree that though we expected a custom build to be expensive, this quote is prohibitive, even without the rush fee. What are our options at a lower price point?

I was able to speak with Arthur and we were able to relieve a little more of the cost:

I was able to speak with Arthur and we were able to relieve a little more of the cost:
- Removing the rush fee of $3625
- We can remove the 3 additional options that can be added or subtracted - $1,000
- These remove $4,625
An additional option we have is to split the final bill. There would be no amount due until after your website launches. At that time, we could do a half payment, split into thirds, or in fourths. Also, there are zero fees or interest attached to splitting the payments.

The situation right now is that the estimate is well above our price point for the project, and we can’t move forward with the plan you and I have put together. Our team here needs to reevaluate our plan for a website and what direction we take. If you have any options you think you can provide for that conversation, I would be happy to include them.

As far as a custom website, when we remove the $4,625 we are at our lowest cost for that style of website. We can work with you on splitting the payments over several months, if that would help.
The other style of website we have is our Hybrid website. We have several designs that each have their own way of showcasing content. There is a little bit of modification if a particular design doesn't have what you would be needing. Here is the link to our website where we have our Hybrid websites: https://diocesan.com/web/hybrid-sites/ The cost of our Hybrid websites are $3,000. Any modifications would be added to the cost.
