Good morning Jennie,

Thank you for taking the time to speak with us during the Deep Dive and then in our follow-up conversation last week.  Without further ado, I have the proposal finalized and attached for you to review.

During the Deep Dive conversation, it was determined the St. Robert Hybrid will be the foundation for your new website. After we apply your branding, fonts and colors, and content you will have a unique website that showcases Cardinal Pacelli School.

There were some modifications that were requested, and I have listed them below.  When adding these modifications to the St Robert Hybrid, this is how we came to our final estimate.
  • WYSIWYG with Blue Ribbon logo and mission statement
  • Section to showcase video (such as YouTube video)
  • Hero image will be aspect ratio to keep photo integrity
  • Remove overlay over photo
  • Move text to below hero image and use overlay to read words
  • Additional content migration

Good morning Jennie,

As I mentioned when we spoke on the phone, I was able to meet with Arthur yesterday.  Each of the options I mentioned would be perfectly fine with us:

  1.  You can send the signed proposal now, and we would wait to send the bill until after July 1st
  2. You could send the signed proposal in June and start the process at that time.
We can do either option, but I would say getting the process started now and waiting to send the bill until after July 1st would be the easiest option.  This way nothing gets missed or overlooked.
