Good afternoon Jennie and Terri,

We have reached the point in development at which we share a link to the development site with you.


Things We Need From You
We still need the following items from you. Please let us know if you will be sending them or if you'd like us to remove them from the site.
  • Calendar link
Training Sessions
The first training session typically takes ~2 hours and is done remotely via a screen share program. We will send over the meeting link and phone number in a later email. Trainings are scheduled Monday through Friday 9am-2pm Eastern Time. Please let me know when you are available. 

During the training sessions, we go over:
  • How to edit the homepage content
  • How to edit the footer
  • How to edit the menu
  • How to create/edit inner pages
  • How to create/edit posts
  • How to create/edit image galleries
  • How to create/edit online forms
Since this can be a lot, we break the training down into three parts:

Session 1: Editing the site basics
Video Tutorials: Gravity Forms and Envira Gallery
Session 2: Answering follow-up questions and scheduling launch

This is completely up to your learning pace and how much you feel comfortable covering at once.

Hi Maggie,
Terri is in principal meetings for the next few days. As soon as I can sit down with her, I will discuss this information and get back with you. It may not be until next week.

I noticed on the homepage that some things are different from what we discussed with development - the pictures have a filter on them (which we did not want) and our 3 word tagline is missing from the slider photos. The current words on there (Welcome, Register a Student, Testimonials) should not be there. Instead Terri wanted the words Spiritual, Academic, Social to be on every page in the lower corner. Here is how our current site has it... https://cardinalpacelli.org/cardinal-pacelli/. Is this something that I can change after training?

I removed the overlay from the images and adjusted the tagline on the slider. We'll show you how to do all those things in your first training, but hopefully that is closer to your vision for now. Let me know if you have any more questions!
