Good afternoon Allie,

Thank you very much for your patience as we worked to finalize your proposal.  

During our Deep Dive conversation, it was determined that the design for our Lawrence website would serve as the foundation for your new school and parish websites.  We will be making sure to include the lightbox for the staff page, emergency message, as well as a ministry funnel.  Along with these tweaks, we will also incorporate your logo and branding, fonts, and content which will give St Brigid Kildare a unique parish and school website.

The attached proposal walks you through each phase of the project.  I have included the amount of time each phase would take to complete.  This lets you see the full scope of the website project, and how we came to our final cost.

Thank you again for this proposal. Just a few questions to confirm before we move forward:

1. This is the total cost which includes a new parish and school site (keeping the same domains), right?
2. You will transfer all the content over -- and I can/will provide updated photos where we would like them?
3. I assume we will review the site design/layout and approve or make adjustments as necessary throughout the process, before you move forward with building it?
4. A calendar feature that integrates with google calendar is included in this, right?
5. What do you see as the timeframe (we don't have any hard deadlines, but I would say a launch target date sometime in August would be ideal for us -- does that sound about right)?

Good afternoon Allie,

I apologize it took me a little bit to respond, it's been one of those afternoons.

The quick answer to the majority of your questions is yes.  When it comes to the design review if there are major changes you are requesting we might have to adjust the proposal.  Our designer would let you know if a request would be able to be made or if it would take extra work to accomplish.

As for a timeline, I can on an estimated timeline for you.  A firm timeline would be dependent upon when a signed proposal is returned and what our project queue looks like at that time.  I will work to have an estimation to you tomorrow.

Good afternoon Allie,

I spoke with Arthur today and we have an estimated timeframe for the website project.

At this point, if we get a signed proposal returned within the week, it looks like we could be launching early-mid September.  A big factor in keeping this timeline would be responsiveness to emails.  Any delay in getting answers to a question, or even an approval could push the timing back.  We also know that certain things come up during the course of the day that you can't plan for.  

Also, I have spoken to my sales team and they informed me there is a one time website allowance for this project.  They will be covering 50% of the project.  I am including an updated proposal that includes this note.
