Melissa,

I see that you approved Sam's design. I just wanted to take a moment to bring you up to speed where we stood on the project from an hour and financial perspective. Initially we had quoted a price of $7,350 (105 hours x $70hr) for website creation. We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • 25 hours for design
  • 60 hours for the build process
  • 20 hours for content migration (bringing your content over from the existing site and creation of new content)
Currently we've logged 18 hours for the design process. Which puts us under what what we budgeted. We've logged 15 hours on the content migration. Kyle has spent 12 hours on your site build. This time will go up as Kyle continues building your new site.
