Good Morning, 

I wanted to introduce myself! I am Samuel Lanning, I will be helping you along with the new website by starting the design of your site! With the notes I've been given it looks like you're trying to reduce the amount of content that is seen on the site, that is exciting! 

I have received the pdfs for the navigation, site map and brand guide lines, as well as the ideas for the homepage and inner pages. I would like to set up a time to talk over the phone to discuss the project and any other design and content strategy that should be focused on during the project!

Hi Sam,

I’m glad to hear from you! I’m typically in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Other days my schedule varies significantly, so could we set up a phone meeting for next Tuesday? Anytime from 11 am to 3 pm should work for me!

I got logged into basecamp, so I think we’re good there. We do have a Dropbox account for St Brendan, but let me know if we need an additional one specifically for this project.

Awesome! I may have to send a invite through dropbox again, I dont think it worked as a collaborative folder on my end. I am not seeing the logos yet.

I am getting my things together and reviewing the consultation i was given. I do want to send you the preview design I made using these notes and the Mock Ups that were also given to me, I took the time to put it together with the brand guidelines in mind.

We can discuss the proof and any further needs for the design like a new logo (Kevin said you may be working on a new one).

Hi Sam,

Thanks for all of these proofs! I just sent this latest one (for the school) to our Principal to get his thoughts. I’ve gone through all of the others, and marked them up with my thoughts for tweaks. Let me know if any of it doesn’t make sense, or if you want to talk about any of it more in detail.

The Staff page looked great – No notes for that one!

Hi Sam,

I got the feedback from our Principal on the school page. His only comment (other than changing the hero image to a school photo, which we have tons of!) is to have the mission either in the box or on the photo, not in both areas. We like keeping the mission on the hero image and then in the ribbon below, we were thinking we could put registration information.
