Blessed Trinity School - Jacksonville, FL

Website Proposal

Good morning Deb,

Thank you for taking the time to speak with us last week.  I have the proposal finalized and attached for you to review.

During the Deep Dive conversation, it was determined the IHM website will be the inspiration for your new website.  After we apply your branding, fonts and colors, and content you will have a unique website that showcases Blessed Trinity Catholic School.

The attached proposal walks you through each phase of the project.  We have included the amount of time each phase would take to complete and that is how we arrive at our final cost.

If you have any questions, or if there are any details you wish to discuss, let me know.

Thank you!

Hi Alan,

I hope you are well.

I think we have narrowed down our website search to two vendors: Diocesan and eCatholic. The Blessed Trinity Catholic Church site is Diocesan. Please elaborate on what Diocesan can offer the school that we cannot get with eCatholic. Also, is it possible to get a price break since our church uses Diocesan. Pricing and features will help us make the final decision.

We look forward to your response. Thank you!

Good afternoon Deb,

Thank you for reaching back out to me.

You have raised a lot of very good information.  I am currently in conversation with my sales team regarding any additional information from the bulletin contract.  Once I have everything from my sales team, I will send you an email with the answers to your questions.

If any other questions come up in the meantime, do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Thank you!

Good afternoon Deb,

Thank you very much for your patience as I worked with my sales team to get all of the needed to answer your questions.  Last week I was having email issues, and I thought this email made its way to you, but it did not.  I apologize for the extra delay.

The proposal I sent to you is for a custom website that would be using
https://ihmschoolgr.org/ as a source of inspiration.  You will be playing a pretty active role throughout the process.  This new website is yours, and we want to make sure you are satisfied with the website and confident with keeping up the website.  Below is a detailed description of our process, and how you would be part of that process.

When a signed proposal is returned, we put the project into our queue.  In between the time of going into the queue and the design process, my content team will reach out to introduce the content process.  The first part of the content process is going through your website to create a current sitemap (think of this as your website's table of contents).  This is where you let us know if there is any current information that is not coming over, and also if you are working on anything new.  After we have all of the information for the content coming over to your new website, my content team will create a proposed sitemap.  The proposed sitemap is what my content team will go off to fill out your website.  You can request adjustments to the proposed sitemap, and my content team will work with you to get your approval and signoff on the final sitemap.

The designer for your new website will schedule a meeting to go over this design and learn more about your ideas for the new website.  Then there is a meeting to go over the homepage and a few inner pages to get your feedback.  If there are any updates to be made, those changes will be made, and then a follow-up meeting to ensure everything was done to your satisfaction.

After we have your design approval, the next stage of our process is build and development.  There will be a website developer assigned to take the approved design and turn it into an active website.  As we near completion, my content team will be migrating your content into the new website, following the approved sitemap.  Once your content is on the website we will reach out to schedule the 1st of 2 training sessions.  Following the second training session, we will ask when you would like to launch your new website.

After speaking with my sales team, they let me know the current bulletin contract had allowed for a website credit.  The creation of the church website did use up the full amount of that website credit.

I hope this provides a good picture of what Diocesan offers during the website project and how you will be involved in the process.  If you have any other questions, let me know.

Thank you!
